Background studies – 1983 B.S. Community Health Administration, NIU, Dekalb, Illinois. Worked in Healthcare administration for several years, took courses in watercolor and oil painting at Dillman Fine Arts Center, Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin.

1982- 2012 Professional mural artist in the Chicagoland area and Dubai, UAE, for residential, commercial, and public art customers. Installations include the Wafi Mall corridors, American School of Dubai playground wall, many restaurants and many palaces ; the Aurora Golf Club Dining Room, Hammond Indiana public art of Salvidor Dali’s “Persistence of Memory”, Baker Hotel restoration and St. Charles public art, Chicago Italian and Greek restaurants, many private homes, etc.

1996-2000 Taught Mural painting at the Dubai International School of Art

2018 2nd place award, thread painting, Wisconsin Quilt Show

2019 – Judges Choice Award – Indiana Heritage Quilt Show

2019-Present – Periodically teach fiber art to interested groups

2019 – Exhibited at the Trout Museum of Art, Wisconsin Artists

2020 – Viewer’s Choice Award – Great Wisconsin Quilt Show2023

2022 to present – Northwoods Art Tour exhibitor every July and October in fiber art and paintings in many mediums at my home studio selling works and demonstrating fiber art creation.

2023 – Exhibited at the Art of Automotive Exhibition, Nicollet Gallery, Rhinelander, WI

2023 – Sage Gallery , Fierce Feminism Exhibition

2023 – Sewing Boot Camp – organized the camp and helped 8 other women to teach beginning sewing to northland Pines Middle School kids as a community service.
